You've recommended many things that you think Obama should say... I wonder why he didn't say anything like, "If the moderator will permit it, I’ll let you ask me any question right now and I’ll answer it directly and, as you’d say, give the American people some straight talk.”

Do you think it might be because he'd be LYING and no politician would purposefully put himself out there to be scrutinized. NO politician is clean especially not Barack Obama. (and McCain for that matter)
